SF-1A


Excellent release properties.  Dry touch does not transfer to other surfaces and does not attract dust, dirt or other contaminants.  One successful example has been in tobacco paper packaging, where high transit speeds of the paper require a slick, super-smooth, yet durable surface to prevent tearing and maximize line up-time.  PTFE-free


SF-1B


Good release and lubricity, designed for Low-Temp Release Applications (<400˚F) and long-term sliding wear.  Ultra-smooth surface to prevent scratching during high-speed packaging; Food-Grade; FDA compliant; RoHS Compliant; REACH Compliant


SF-1B HT


Enhancement to SF-1B where parts will need to excel in high-temperature applications (<500˚F continuous), like in high-temperature mold release.

Hard surface with release & lubricity for sliding wear surface.  Dry touch does not transfer to other surfaces and does not attract dust, dirt or other contaminants.  Significant adoption in high-speed adhesive dispense industry, in the retarding the accumulation of glue on high-speed glue machinery, minimizing downtime and rejects. PTFE-free

Hard surface with release & lubricity for sliding wear surfaces; Designed for dry film lubricity, sliding wear applications and low-temperature mold release; Food-Grade; FDA compliant; RoHS Compliant; REACH Compliant


SF-2B HT


Good release and lubricity, designed for High-Temp Release Applications (<450˚F continuous) and long-term sliding wear


SF-2 AS


Excellent release (applied to smooth gloss); Designed for release with glue applications in tobacco industry.  Food-Grade; FDA compliant; RoHS Compliant; REACH Compliant


SF-SBA


Good release and lubricity with less surface contact due to engineered texture on the surface; Designed for long-term wear and release where static coefficient of friction needs to be minimized.  This finish has enjoyed significant adoption in plastic film sliding applications, where clinging or catching of the film on the metal part surface is not desired.

Hard surface on aluminum with good release and lubricity properties.  Dry touch does not transfer to other surfaces and does not attract dust, dirt or other contaminants.  Designed for hard, long-wear surfaces that are lubricious with moderate release properties.  Excels in temperatures up to 450˚F.  PTFE-free


SF-5B


Designed for sliding wear applications on aluminum; non-conducting, thermally insulative; DFL with moderate release characteristics for low temperature mould release (<350˚F); Food-Grade; FDA compliant; RoHS Compliant; REACH Compliant


SF-5B


Designed for sliding wear applications on aluminum; non-conducting, thermally insulative; Excellent dry film lubricant and excellent mould release characteristics (<450˚F)


SF-5AS


Hard surface on aluminum with excellent release properties; first design and application for this coating was to eliminate glue buildup on metal fabrication components during high-speed glueing operations.  FDA compliant
